New Year, New View!
With the arrival of 2018, we have all made our New Year’s resolutions to have a healthier and fitter lifestyle! We know it can be daunting at first, so we’re here to help you get fit and most of all enjoy every minute.

Cycling is a great exercise for hitting all parts of the body and you can choose what level of difficulty. There are lots of cycling paths in and around Coniston which are perfect for family outings. Haven’t got a bike? Don’t worry; we have a selection of bikes that will suit you. Hire a bike with us and peddle your way to fitness.
The views in Coniston are really extraordinary, if you want to take the family out for a healthy walk, make sure it’s at Coniston! From lake shore strolls, woodland treks or mountain climbs, there’s something for everyone. Don’t forget your camera for this one.

If you have a desire to swim amongst our spectacular Lake District landscapes maybe training for the Great North Swim could be the ideal incentive. Our friends at Brockhole on Windermere will be hosting the swim this year so start training indoors first and then move outside as the weather gets a little warmer. Find out more
